Some of the theories I utilize are Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Existential, Integrative, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Strength-Based, and Trauma Focused.
